My goal is to write and structure content that is accessible and inclusive. We want as many people as possible to understand what we’re trying to say, don’t we? Plain language is important to accomplish this. Research to help us understand our users and their pain points too.

I can provide and structure information in a clear way to help guide users from A to B and to accomplish what they came to do.

I found UX Writing in 2020 and have worked with it ever since.

With a background in journalism, I have 10+ years of experience in writing for different audiences, channels, and formats. I have also worked as a communications officer and as a digital copywriter. I’ve come full circle with UX writing – this is where it all comes together. I have mainly worked for multinational companies, and feel comfortable working in English or Swedish.

I’m currently exploring conversation design to further broaden my skills.
