UX Writer, LeoVegas Group – 2023-2025
I was the sole UX Writer at this multinational company, covering 9 brands in 10 different markets. I created the English in-product copy for all brands, like LeoVegas, BetMGM, Expekt, BetUK, and GoGo Casino.
I worked in close collaboration with 20+ discovery and delivery designers. As an example, our continuous work to improve the sign-up flow led to a 20% increase in sign-ups in 2 years.
I also created and maintained style guides, guidelines, and other types of documentation to help ensure consistency across our products and brands.
I was responsible for all the English UX Writing, but I did create some Swedish UX copy too.
UX Writer, SPLIT Stockholm – 2022
UX Writer consultant at SPLIT agency, Stockholm.
At SPLIT agency, I mainly did in-house work to improve the content design for the agency’s website.
UX Writer, Svea, Stockholm – 2021–2022
UX Writer at Svea, focusing on Svea Apps and the different services.
At Svea, I mainly worked on creating a new payments app and the services included in that, Svea Pay. I also worked on Svea’s payments and menu solutions for restaurants, and the Arlanda Express train.
By the use of words, I designed and improved user flows and created a user experience that is clear, easy, and without friction. I wrote in Swedish and English. I worked in teams with UX designers and was part of the whole design process.
I also worked on documentation; UX Writing principles, Tone and Voice and glossaries.
At Svea I wrote in Swedish and English.
UX Writer, Advinans, Stockholm – 2021–2022
I freelanced as a part-time UX writer for Advinans. Advinans is a company that handles people’s pensions and other personal savings, and places their money in different funds and stocks. Today, they are part of Nordea bank.
I mainly did UX writing for their different flows, but I also rewrote and structured longer texts for their website and member pages when needed.
At Advinans I wrote in Swedish and English.
Digital Copy & Content specialist, SAS, Stockholm – 2019–2020
English copywriter and content specialist at Scandinavian Airlines.
Among my responsibilities was all copy for the information pages on the website, as well as some inspirational texts for our destinations.
I also did some UX writing and microcopy. All my writing was adapted to SAS’s tone of voice, target group, and channel.
I mainly wrote in English, as that was the work language.
Reporter/editor, Lokaltidningen Mitt i, Stockholm – Jan 2018–Aug 2018
Temporary position as a reporter and editor at the local weekly newspaper Mitt I Västerort. Monitoring local news, writing, photographing, editing, presenting, and publishing on the site and on social media were among my responsibilities.
Digital communications officer, Lärarförbundet, Stockholm – Feb 2017-Dec 2017
Temporary position as a communications officer at the teachers union. Among my responsibilities were daily work on the website and social media, including writing and publishing, monitoring comments, etc. I also worked with advertising in social media, measuring, creating newsletters, target group focus and communications, and planning responsibilities for different projects and campaigns.
