SAS

At SAS I worked as a digital copywriter and content specialist. With user data as a starting point I structured information and wrote copy for all SAS’ information pages, as well as the copy for the different destination pages.

During my last few months at SAS I got in to UX Writing when I was involved in a Eurobonus project i inherited from an experienced UX writer. We started and finished one product, but where going to redesign a lot more. But unfortunately the pandemic hit, and instead of working on more products I had to start working with a Covid communications team.

Information pages

The information pages typically contain information about what happens before and during the customer’s flight. The page “Traveling with children” is part of the information pages.

Destination pages

I also wrote longer texts about things do and see at SAS’ different destinations. On top of writing them I researched the destinations, researched keywords and made sure the texts where SEO compliant.

UX writing

“Claim missing points” was the first of the Eurobonus products o get redesigned. It had a different UX writer when it started, but after a few months I took over that role.

The product helps the Eurobonus claim points that are missing from their account for some reason. It was important to make the product easy to use since customer service got a lot of calls and questions from member’s who didn’t manage to do this on their own.

Eurobonus

In parallel to doing UX writing for the Eurobonus products, I worked with the content team to restructure and rewrite all the information in Eurobonus’ pages.

These pages where made using a CMS, so there was no designer involved in this.
