Advinans
I was working for Advinans from autumn 2021 to summer 2022 as a side project. Today, Advinans is part of the Swedish bank Nordea.
Advinans is a company that handles people’s pensions and other personal savings, and places their money in different funds and stocks. The first screens shown here are different versions of hero banners they were planning to use across their site to gain new customers.
Writing about pensions in a way that is easy for people to understand is tricky. It required a lot of research on my end, and I also had sessions with the product owners to ensure I understood all the ins and outs.
I helped Advinans with UX writing in their different flows, I also rewrote longer texts on their offers and policies for better structure and clarity on their often complex offers.
As a UX writer at Advinans, I mainly wrote in the wireframes and designs after they had been created. I communicated and exchanged ideas with their UX designer when I needed to. I also kept in close contact with the product owner, and I usually presented the suggestions for changes I had to him. Normally, I just added the copy to the design.
At Advinans I worked in Figma. All UX writing was done in Swedish, but I also translated all the screens to English.
Hero banners
These are examples of hero banners that I have written. They are to be used on different places across the website to attract new customers. The banners highlight different advantages with Advinans.
Onboarding
These screen is parts of the onboarding flow for new customers.
The customers have to answer a few questions about their finances, what they are saving for, for how long they will be saving and the risk they are willing to take with their savings, before their savings account is set up.
Confirmation
After answering the questions in the onboarding flow the customer reaches the confirmation screen, where the information that their savings account is being created.
